Once you have made a purchase of a product with engraving on our website, this is a final sale. As these products are custom made with your desired engraving, we do not accept returns. If your engraving is misspelled or there is an error, we will be happy to send you a new one, free of charge of course.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address. If you have given the wrong address when ordering, which means that your order will not be delivered, this is your fault and we will not offer a refund. We will gladly resend your order to the corrected address, but you will have to pay the shipping costs.
There are some exceptions to the return policy:
If your ordered product breaks * within one year of purchase, we will gladly send you a new one, based on the availability of inventory. You do not have to send it back to us, but you have to prove it by sending a photo to email@example.com.
If your item is damaged on delivery, you do not need to return the damaged item. Simply contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and a photo of the damaged item *, and we will send you a replacement.
